NON REGISTERED VISITORS
1) All non registered visitors can browse the gallery's categories.
2) They cannot upload pictures.
3) They cannot comment on pictures.
4) They cannot vote in any of the contest categories.
5) They cannot make photo albums.
6) They cannot view the photos in a slide show.
7) They cannot save photos in there favorites.
8) They cannot post message in the message board (only if the message board is enable).
9) They cannot enter the free photo contest.
   NOTE= Visitors needs to be registered and logged in to be able to use the above mention features of the gallery.


    REGISTERED MEMBERS
1) All registered members can browse the gallery's categories.
2) They can upload pictures.
3) They can comment on pictures.
4) They can vote in any of the contest categories.
5) They can make photo albums
6) They can view the photos in a slide show.
7) They can save photo to there favorites
8) They can post message in the message board (only if the message board is enable).
9) They can enter any of the free photo contest.
   NOTE= All registered members need to be registered and logged in to be able to used the
         above mention galleries features.

    All pictures need to be at lease 504x378 pixels, and at the most 1078x768  to be able to upload them to the gallery.  If there bigger than 1078x768 pixels, they will need to be resized smaller.

   If the members are not logged in,they want see the upload picture link, the profile link,
   the my photo, my album,and my favorite links in the left hand side of nav bar.

   HOW DOES THE GALLERY WORKS.

   The gallery is made up of usergroups,there is 5 pre-install usergroups that can't be deleted.
   They are - 1) Banned Usergroup
                   2) COPPA Usergroup  (Protecting  children under 13 years old)
                   3) Un-registered Usergroup
                   4) Registered Usergroup
                   5) Administrator Usergroup
    All members of the gallery needs to be apart of a usergroup to be abal to upload pictures.
    Once your a gallery member your automatically in the registered usergroup by default .
    All members can  only be apart of one usergroup at a time.
    All usergroups disk space,upload file size and daily upoad limits (# of files) can be set
    to 0 (0 means unlimited) or restricted to a pre-determine number by any administrators.
    If a usergroup is set to restricted, and administrator needs to manually move you to that
    usergroup ,if the usergroup is set to unlimited uploads you don't need to be manually move.

    All categories are added and edit by administrator or moderators.
    All categories needs to be associated to a usergroup.
    All categories needs have usergroup  access permissions.
    The access permissions in a category consist of
     1) Which usergroup can view images in a category.
     2 )Which usergroup can upload in a category.
     3) Which usergroup can post in a category.
     4) Which usergroup can vote in a category.

    All the categories (excluding the contest categories),has unlimited disk space limit.upload file size limit and daily upload limit (# of files)
   All contest categories have a disk space limit, upload file size limit and a daily upload limit (# of files).
